Don’t Overthink

Posted on June 24, 2010November 3, 2020 by Ed Medley

I have some mantras that I use in many personal and professional situations. You are welcome to use them too.

I have added a new one: Don’t overthink. I added it because I tend to overthink, over-analyze, over-engineer, over-reason, over-whatever many personal dilemmas. But thinking and analyzing a personal issue is such a waste of time, because I almost always get it wrong. Indeed- if I just follow my gut, and follow my other mantras, I am generally better off. You may be too.
